Hematuria--a rare presentation of Hodgkin lymphoma.

Hodgkin lymphoma (HL) is an uncommon malignancy of the lymphoid system characterized by the presence of Reed-Sternberg cells, which are multinucleated giant cells of B-cell origin. The average age at diagnosis is 30 years, and there is a second, but smaller, peak at 50 years or older. Patients often present with an asymptomatic mass or may have associated B symptoms like fever, drenching night sweats, and unexplained weight loss. Other symptoms include fatigue, weakness, anorexia, and pruritus. We present a rare case of HL, where the initial manifestation was hematuria, and have also included a brief review of the literature.
